BOutique integrative psychiatry for women

Therapy. Psychiatry. Hormones.

I take a comprehensive approach to women’s mental health, caring for the interconnected mind and body. Rather than managing symptoms, we uncover root causes - drawing on classical psychiatric care, psychodynamic psychotherapy and CBT, alongside hormone optimization and evidence-based lifestyle strategies. The result is a plan built for you - designed for lasting change.

UNIQUE ASPECTS OF MY PRACTICE

Women-centered

Whether you're navigating hormonal shifts from pregnancy, postpartum or perimenopause, managing anxiety, depression, or ADHD, struggling with disordered eating, healing from trauma, or balancing life transitions, my practice is dedicated to supporting the multifaceted mental, emotional, and physical needs of women. Together, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan that honors your unique life path, empowering you to reclaim your sense of self, restore balance and embrace your full potential.

Boutique Offerings

By working with a select number of women, I offer flexible scheduling, extended appointment durations, and a collaborative, intimate therapeutic relationship where communication is open and ongoing-both during and between sessions. Whether through same-day appointments, tailored care strategies, or direct access to me outside of scheduled sessions, my focus is on providing exceptional, individualized care that fosters lasting mental wellness.

Therapy approaches

I combine psychodynamic psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Psychodynamic psychotherapy helps women understand how past experiences and unconscious influences shape their emotions, relationships, and self-worth, addressing issues like perfectionism, shame, and life transitions. CBT provides practical tools to challenge negative thought patterns, manage anxiety, depression, ADHD, and stress, and develop healthier coping strategies.
